Dr. John Dodson, DPT
John is a licensed physical therapist with a strong focus on treating athletes and active adults, with particular expertise in overhead athletes, baseball players, and golfers.
His clinical approach blends evidence-based rehabilitation with sport-specific assessment and performance-driven care to help patients return to activity safely and at a high level.
John holds Level 1 certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and is certified in dry needling, allowing him to integrate biomechanical analysis, targeted manual techniques, and individualized treatment strategies into each plan of care.
His clinical interests include injury prevention, return-to-sport programming, and optimizing movement efficiency for both competitive and recreational athletes.
John earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Corban University in Salem, Oregon, where he competed as a collegiate baseball player. He went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at A.T. Still University. During his doctoral training, John completed a highly competitive clinical internship with the Milwaukee Brewers, where he worked under a physical therapist specializing in baseball-specific rehabilitation.
His experience included assisting with performance assessments, return-to-throw protocols, and recovery strategies for professional athletes. In addition to his professional sports experience, John has trained across orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute care settings, giving him a well-rounded clinical foundation.
He also has experience participating in community athletic screenings and supporting injury assessment for local high school athletes. Outside the clinic, John enjoys staying active, attending sporting events, spending time with friends, hanging out with his dog, and playing golf.
Grace De Haan

Grace is a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach at Restimulate Health Scottsdale. She is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach with a strong background in strength training, functional movement, and performance-based conditioning.
Grace works with clients of all fitness levels, including individuals transitioning from physical therapy into structured strength and performance training. Her coaching approach emphasizes proper movement mechanics, progressive strength development, and long-term durability to support real-life activity and performance.
With a degree in Physical and Health Education and extensive experience coaching both individuals and groups, Grace is known for creating a supportive, motivating environment while holding clients to a high standard of movement quality and consistency. Her goal is to help clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness that carries over into daily life.
Dr. Lance Martin PT, DPT, Cert. DN, TPI-1

Lance is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who takes pride in building relationships with his patients and figuring out a plan to help them return to doing what makes them happy. After playing 4 years of college basketball and receiving his degree in Exercise Science at Cornerstone University, he continued his passion for orthopedics and sports medicine at Pacific University, where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Lance is a motivated Therapist that cares about the small details that can lead to big changes in a person’s life.
Lance believes that no matter where you are in life, we are all athletes. An athlete can be described as somebody whose goal is to be proficient in physical exercise. With this in mind, he has developed a great understanding of how the body reacts to an injury and what it takes to return to those athletic activities we all love.
Lance was born and raised in Kingman, AZ before living in many different states including Michigan, Indiana, and Oregon. Lance is married to his lovely wife, Hope, who is an Occupational Therapist. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, traveling, rooting for his Phoenix Suns and playing with his dog, Nash.
