Discovery Visit

I had a knee replacement and was out in AZ for a few weeks had calf pain and knee clicking. Ty Sinda was great accessed the situation and between manual therapy and exercise took me to the now best levels of my recovery. He is smart resourceful gives you his full attention and has a wealth of knowledge that he draws from. Truly made a huge difference in my recovery.

I have been working with Dr Tyler since November and I feel amazing. In the beginning I had really weak shoulders and close to zero mobility. After working with him for some months now my strength has significantly increased, mobility is so much better, and I just feel better overall. I am very grateful for his service.
