We are located on the east side of Greenway Hayden Loop inside the Desert Center offices at 15953 N Greenway Hayden Loop Suite B Scottsdale, AZ 85260. There is free parking in the back of the building (labeled “SPT&P”). Upon entering, simply park in 1 of the spots and walk to Suite B!

Scottsdale Physical Therapy & Performance
Tyler’s specialty is helping golfers, athletes and active individuals in Scottsdale find ways to allow them to continue to workout while rehabbing from injury. Tyler also enjoys helping his clients bulletproof their body from injury by improving their overall mobility and completing biomechanical assessments of their desired sports. He works with many golfers and uses what he learned from Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to help these athletes.
