Tyler is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. After completing his rigorous coursework from Duke University, he went on clinical rotations to Stanford Healthcare, Providence and Infinity Rehab.
After graduating with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University, Tyler went on for more training in Fellowship through The American Academy of Manipulative Therapy where he complete a year long intensive program in manual physical therapy. Tyler became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), which less than 2% of physical therapists hold.
He is TPI Medical 2 credentialed through the Titleist Performance Institute. Through this training, Tyler has acquired elite manual skills and in-depth clinical reasoning needed to treat the community of Scottsdale.
Tyler was born in the Wisconsin where he spent 24 years before heading to North Carolina for PT School. In his free time he enjoys golfing, lifting, reading, hiking, traveling, following the UFC and his favorite sports teams.

Dr. Daniel Gilstrap, PT, DPT, DN-2

Daniel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about
promoting health and wellness and helping individuals who wish to lead
an active and pain free life. He completed his undergraduate education
in Exercise and Sport Science at The University of Alabama in 2013 and
received his DPT from Emory University in 2016. Over the past 7 years,
he has worked in various sports medicine and orthopedics settings
across the country as a travel physical therapist prior to landing in
Scottsdale.
Daniel recognizes that one of the biggest barriers for his clients is
understanding what caused an injury or pain to arise in the first
place, and he focuses on education and addressing the whole body to
find ways to optimize performance and get his clients back to doing
the things they love.
Daniel is a lifelong athlete with a history in golf, baseball, road
and trail running, Olympic lifting, and skiing which has provided him
with a first-hand understanding of what it takes to participate fully.
This experience allows him to provide a comprehensive approach to
improving client health and wellness.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys backpacking, weight lifting, watching
and playing sports, learning new skills, cooking, and traveling with
his girlfriend and dog

Dr. Andy Seraphin PT, DPT, SCS

Dr. Andy Seraphin is a physical therapist and fitness coach who specializes in helping soccer players get stronger, faster, and recover from injury. He currently works full time at a local elite soccer academy, and sees private clientele during his off-hours.
Andy believes that many soccer players lack access to proper sport-specific rehab and fitness training. Andy aims to provide these services in a data-driven way to players in the NJ-NYC area, as well as worldwide.
In addition to his clinical work, Andy produces content for over 15,000 of his Instagram followers, and co-hosts the Soccer Fitness Experience, a podcast with over 30,000 downloads.
Andy holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University, as well as a BS in Exercise Science from Temple University. He also holds a certification as a specialist in Sports (SCS), which less than 1% of Physical Therapists hold.
He also speaks basic Spanish and Haitian Creole.
